Landvest Developments and Partners are progressing a detailed planning application for 9 homes on the land know as Greenacres, situated in the northern-most section of the South Epping Masterplan Area.

It is a self-contained site with a proposed separate access to the wider site west of the masterplan area but with foot and cycle links providing connections to the wider area. The scheme will offer bespoke designed sustainable houses, including parking and generous open- space areas.

The detailed plans are being developed in accordance with the masterplan proposals within the Strategic Masterplan and Design Code, seeking to deliver a new high quality sustainable bespoke scheme that responds to the character of the existing area.
